Returns & Exchanges
Due to the perishable nature of our beverages, we only accept returns for damaged or incorrect items within 30 days of purchase to ensure the highest safety and quality standards. Please note that all sales are final for opened or consumed products.
Return Process
- 1.Contact Support
Reach out to our customer service team via email with your order number and photos of the damaged or incorrect shipment.
- 2.Receive Authorization
Our team will review your request and issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number if your claim meets our eligibility criteria.
- 3.Ship the Product
Securely pack the unopened items in their original packaging and include the RMA number clearly on the outside of the box.
- 4.Processing & Refund
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process a full refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
